Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective August 24, 2026

Unun Design Studio Inc aims to provide clear, fair terms for cancellations, rescheduling and refunds. Because photography assignments may require advance planning, equipment, travel, studio time and third-party costs, refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project.

Cancellations Before Work Begins

Clients may request cancellation by emailing martinez@unundesignstudio.us. If substantive work has not started and no non-recoverable costs have been incurred, payments may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Work Already Performed

Fees attributable to completed planning, shooting, editing, research, production or other professional services are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

Project-Specific Costs

Equipment rentals, locations, travel, special software, printing, contractors and other non-recoverable project costs may be deducted from any approved refund.

Rescheduling

We ask clients to provide at least 48 hours' notice when requesting to reschedule a photography session. Late changes may be subject to additional charges when costs have already been committed.

Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider and financial institution.
