These Terms govern use of this website and services supplied by Unun Design Studio Inc.

Services

We provide photography, creative production, editing, visual content and related professional services. Exact scope, fees, deadlines and deliverables may be defined in a quotation, invoice, proposal or other written agreement.

Payments

Clients agree to provide accurate billing information and pay amounts due under the applicable project terms. Additional work outside an approved scope may require revised pricing.

Scheduling and Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely access, information, approvals and materials reasonably required to complete the project. Delays caused by missing information may affect delivery schedules.

Intellectual Property

Usage rights and ownership of final photography and creative deliverables will be governed by the applicable written project terms. Unun Design Studio Inc retains rights in pre-existing methods, templates, workflows and intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-Party Services

Projects may depend on independent vendors, software, locations, equipment or platforms. Their availability and performance may be outside our control.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any project-specific written agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Unun Design Studio Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the website or services.
